Guidelines for TVA Pavilion - TVA Residents Only

Information about the TVA Pavilion

Requests may be submitted one month in advance. No earlier.
Use of this space is limited to the pavilion area and immediate surrounding grass.
Hours:
- Mondays – Saturdays: 8 am–7 pm including holidays except if it falls on a Sunday.
- Closed all day Sunday.
Event must be cleared and cleaned out by 8 pm.
Maximum people allowed: 50.
Facilities Management items are not available at this location.

Step 1: Bishopric, review the following information with your ward member.

Events are limited to 4 hours including set up and clean up and one event per day.
As a courtesy to TVA residents, you may not set up earlier than 8 am.
Set up is SAME DAY, no setting up the night before.
No loud music before 10 am.
EZ corners or pop up tents are not allowed.
Bouncy houses or any other type of inflatables are not allowed.
DO NOT use duct tape, nail or staple on the building. Use painter’s tape only.
Do not wash your dishes at the pavilion.
Wipe down ALL tables and chairs.
Clean area of all food, decorations, trash and signs; including signs placed anywhere else in the community.
Propane grill only. Using charcoal will prevent future use of facility
Cooler, chairs and tables ok.
Parking stalls are for TVA residents. Your guests must park in front of the stake center or HGB or behind the HGB.

A $200 refundable deposit is required and must be paid to University Scheduling. We accept debit/credit cards OR cash.
The refund for the deposit will be processed 1 business day after the completion of the baby shower or child's birthday. If you paid with a debit/credit card, the refund will go directly to that card within 3-5 business days. If you paid with cash, please provide a valid mailing address for a check to be mailed. This process can take 7-10 business days.
Any damages to facilities OR failure to follow rules of using the facility will result in a loss of deposit.
Events are limited to 4 hours; this does not include setup, decorating, and clean up.
Clean up time and building hours should be considered when planning your event.
