Academic Room Designation Form

The university has changed the way academic classes are scheduled. In order to maximize the use of classroom spaces, classrooms are scheduled based on specific needs of room features, room types and class sizes.

The Academic Room Designation form is used to request dedicated use or priority for a specific room as a classroom. Justification must be provided explaining why the course could not be taught in another room.

Print and complete the Academic Room Designation form. It is not valid unless it is signed both by the dean and Academic Vice President. If it is approved, send copy of approved form to University Scheduling at universityscheduling@byuh.edu.
