Laie YSA, LMS Ward and Stake Scheduling
In addition to your Sunday two-hour church meetings and stake conferences as a Laie YSA and LMS ward or stake, University Scheduling provides access to campus facilities and resources that can be used for your ward and stake events and activities.
New/Change in Leadership: Please visit our New Leader Information page to submit changes.
Key Cards: Stake Presidents, please email facilitiesmanagement@byuh.edu
to let them know that you have bishops who need key cards made for access to facilities they use for Sunday church.
You may schedule most ward and stake activities on any day of the week. Although Monday evenings after 7:00 pm are dedicated to ecclesiastical scheduling, a request for space must still be made. Please note that after 6:00 pm on third Sundays during the semester, there are no ward or stake activities due to club gospel forums.
Scheduling of ward and stake activities is based around the academic schedule. The academic course schedule has to be published and synchronized with the event scheduling database prior to confirming ward and stake activities. You may request to schedule the entire year when scheduling a space associated with the building your stake is assigned to (Stake Center: YSA 1st and LMS and HGB: YSA 2nd) but it will not be confirmed until after academic classes have been published. All other requests for spaces must follow the timeline below.
