University Scheduling provides access to campus facilities and resources that can be used for your ward and stake events and activities in addition to your Sunday two-hour church meetings and stake conferences as a Laie YSA and LMS ward or stake.

Most ward and stake events may be scheduled on any day of the week.
Note: Monday evenings after 7 p.m. are reserved for ecclesiastical use, but requests must still be submitted. -

No ward or stake activities are allowed after 6 p.m. on third Sundays during the semester due to club gospel forums.

Scheduling is based on the academic calendar. Requests cannot be confirmed until the academic course schedule is published and synced with the event system.

You may submit yearlong requests for buildings assigned to your stake:
- Stake Center: YSA 1st
- LMS and HGB: YSA 2nd
These requests will not be confirmed until after class schedules are published.
All other spaces must be scheduled according to the published timeline.
