Community Event Scheduling
BYU–Hawaii welcomes the Ko'olauloa community and beyond to use campus facilities for special events and activities.
Campus facilities are used primarily for educational purposes. However, facilities and services are available to the community for unique circumstances.
Get started with these simple guidelines:

2. Think through what you want your event to be. The Event Planning Tips page will help you understand your responsibilities and what we will help you with.
3. Contact University Scheduling for pricing.
4. Submit your request online.
- Please visit the Guidelines for Scheduling a Community Event page to read the guidelines and submit your request 90 days prior to the day of your event.
- Please visit the Guidelines for Scheduling a Community Sports Team Practice page to read the guidelines and submit your request. You can only request 90 days of practice from the date of your submission.
- Please visit the Community Ward and Stake Scheduling page to read the guidelines and see what type of events you may request.
5. Private events such as wedding receptions, bridal showers, baby parties, etc. are not allowed unless you are from the Laie YSA 1, 2, and married student stakes. If you are, please visit Laie YSA, LMS Ward and Stake Scheduling page for more information.
