Clubs may request to use the TVA Pavilion for their activities.

The TVA Pavilion request must be submitted online using your scheduling account at least 10 business days in advance - requests for earlier dates will not be permitted.
- Use the correct template - Book the TVA Pavilions for Clubs
- Monday nights after 7PM is not available.
- University Scheduling will review requests with the Res Life manager.
- If approved, University Scheduling will send the confirmation.
- Take a moment to read and follow the rules to help everything run smoothly.

- Mondays - Saturdays: 8AM - 7PM including holidays except if it falls on a Sunday
- Closed all day Sundays

- Event must be cleaned and cleared out by 8PM
- Maximum people allowed: 50
- Facilities Management items are not available at this location.
- BBQing is NOT ALLOWED at this location.
- Keep noise to a low level due to family units nearby.
