Culture Night Practices

Culture Night Practices

Spaces for Culture Night practice will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, using the following criteria:
  • date of submission
  • number of registered club members after Club Fest
Requests must be submitted by a club's assigned Student Leadership and Service Supervisor. We will only accept requests from authorized representatives.

The McKay Gym and CAC Arena are not available for requesting and will automatically be denied.

  • University spaces for the purpose of Culture Night practice will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and be assigned by the following criteria:

    • date of submission
    • number of registered club members after Club Fest

  • The last day to submit your club's Culture Night practice space will be Friday at 5 pm the week after Club Fest. Late requests will not be accommodated unless a change is deemed necessary to make by our office.
    Change requests must be submitted to our office via email at universityscheduling@byuh.edu

  • Once the deadline has passed for Culture Night practice submissions, there will be no changes to Culture Night Practice spaces unless previously approved and scheduled by the University Scheduling department.

  • All bookings for Culture Night practices must be submitted through the below form. University Scheduling will not accept any submissions made through Virtual EMS.
