Events at the Flag Circle

  • Evening events that require lights or any FM items use the room-set up template.
  • Add all furniture items you need to reserve.
  • Make sure to schedule space from the time you want access to it to the time you'll be finished with clean up.
  • As of December 2024, no EZ corners or tents are allowed to be set up at the Flag Circle.
  • All trash needs to be removed from the trash cans and taken to the nearest dumpster, which is behind the CAC, or request a dumpster for your event.
  • No loud music after 10 pm.
