Scheduling a Community Event

BYU–Hawaii, through the Space Utilization Council, will consider community events requesting the use of university facilities.

Please refer to the Community Scheduling Policies before submitting a request to use the space. Requests may be submitted at least 3 months before your desired date, no earlier.

I understand that if my request is approved, I must provide proof of indemnification and insurance, including the required coverage amounts and endorsements. Additionally, if my event involves minor participants or staff, I am required to submit criminal background check results and national sex offender registry check results for all adult staff.
