Laie YSA Ward Member Civil Marriage

Bishops who have offices on campus must follow Section 38.3 of the General Handbook when performing civil marriages for their YSA ward member. Ceremonies are limited to the Stake Center (YSA 1st Stake) and Heber J. Grant (YSA 2nd Stake) buildings; all other campus buildings are excluded.

A reception or food service may not accompany the ceremony.
