Ward Activities at the Stake Center Pavilions
Bishopric members of the Laie Hawaii Young Single Adult Stakes and Laie Hawaii Married Student Stake wards may request to use the Stake Center Pavilions for ward activities.
Important Policies
- Use of this space is limited to the pavilion area and immediate surrounding grass
- Hours:
- Mondays-Sundays: 8 am - 8 pm including holidays
- The event must be cleared and cleaned out by 8 pm.
- Maximum people allowed: 100.
- Facilities Management items ARE NOT available at these locations.
Rules for Using the Stake Center Pavilions
- This outdoor space is limited to the north and south pavilions and immediate surrounding grass.
- As a courtesy to TVA residents, you may not set up earlier than 8 am.
- Set up is SAME DAY, no setting up the night before.
- No loud music before 10 am.
- EZ corners or pop-up tents are not allowed.
- Water-less inflatables may be allowed; on grass only. If renting from a vendor, you are liable for any damages.
- DO NOT use duct tape, nails, or staples on the building. Use painter's tape only.
- Do not wash your dishes at the pavilion.
- Wipe down ALL tables and chairs.
- Clean area of all food, decorations, trash, and signs; including signs placed anywhere else in the community.
- Charcoal grilling is NOT ALLOWED. PROPANE IS OK.
- Cooler, chairs, and tables are ok.
- Furniture from INSIDE the stake center MAY NOT be used outside.
- Parking stalls are for TVA residents. Others must park in front of the stake center, HGB, or behind HGB.
- Ward will be billed for any misuse or damages of the space.
