Ward Activities at the TVA Pavilion
Bishopric members of the Laie Young Single Adult stake and Laie Married Student Stake wards may request to use the TVA Pavilion (former Give and Take) for ward activities.
Important Policies
- Requests must be made at least one week in advance
- Use of this space is limited to the pavilion area and immediate surrounding grass
- Hours:
- Mondays-Saturdays: 8 am-7 pm including holidays except if it falls on a Sunday.
- Closed all day Sunday.
- The event must be cleared and cleaned out by 8 pm.
- Maximum people allowed: 50.
- Facilities Management items ARE NOT available at this location.
Rules for Using the Pavilion
- Events are limited to four hours not including set up and clean up and one event per day
- As a courtesy to TVA residents, you may not set up earlier than 8 am.
- Set up is SAME DAY, no setting up the night before.
- No loud music before 10 am.
- EZ corners or pop-up tents are not allowed.
- Bouncy houses or any other type of inflatables are not allowed.
- DO NOT use duct tape, nails, or staples on the building. Use painter's tape only.
- Do not wash your dishes at the pavilion.
- Wipe down ALL tables and chairs.
- Clean area of all food, decorations, trash, and signs; including signs placed anywhere else in the community.
- Propane grill only. Using charcoal will prevent future use of facility.
- Cooler, chairs and tables ok.
- Parking stalls are for TVA residents. Others must park in front of the stake center, HGB, or behind HGB.
- Ward will be billed for any misuse or damages of the space.
