Community Ward and Stake Scheduling

Community wards and stakes of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints are able to request the use of campus facilities for their ward or stake activities that they are not able to hold within their own stake center or chapels.

Please read the following

  • Please review the Community Scheduling Policies page before scheduling, as the guidelines will vary depending on the type of activity or facility you're trying to schedule.

  • Requests must be submitted at least 10 business days in advance or no more than 90 days prior to the date of the actual event.

  • You may request most ward and stake activities Monday through Saturday (except for stake conference on Sunday),

    However please keep in ,mind, Monday evenings after 7:00 pm are dedicated only for the wards of the Laie YSA and LMS stakes.
