Community Ward and Stake Scheduling
Community wards and stakes of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints are able to request the use of campus facilities for their ward or stake activities that they are not able to hold within their own stake center or chapels.

Toggle ItemSubmission Start and Deadline
Swimming Pool: Requests must be submitted no fewer than 10 business days in advance and no more than 3 months prior to the requested date.
All other spaces: Requests must be submitted no more than 3 months prior to the requested date.

You may request most ward and stake activities Monday through Saturday (except for stake conference on Sunday),
However please keep in ,mind, Monday evenings after 7:00 pm are dedicated only for the wards of the Laie YSA and LMS stakes.
