New Leader Information - Community

Aloha! Congratulations on your new calling, and we look forward to working with you. There are few items of business to help you get started with scheduling on behalf of your ward/stake.

Step 1: Please fill out the New Leader Contact Information form below.

Step 2: Please visit Customer Accounts to submit a new or revised Credit Application Form that includes the names of the new leaders for your Ward or Stake who will be authorized to make credit purchases with various BYUH departments. Only those names listed on the authorized signers list will be able to request use of spaces for your ward.
