Hale Pavilion and Courtyard

Clubs can request to use the Hale Pavilion and/or Courtyard for club activities.

    • Use the correct template – Book a Room Only or Book a Room with Set Up.
    • The web request will be reviewed by the Res Life manager.
    • If approved, University Scheduling will send you the confirmation.
    • If the time you want is not available online, follow the If Booking Dates Have Passed process and we will contact the Res Life manager. Do not email the Res Life Manager.

  • Guests are required to park in marked stalls only. Refrain from parking on the grass, sidewalks and front or side of the facility entrance.

      Be considerate of residents in the hales surrounding you. Keep noise to an appropriate level.

      • Quiet Hours is 10 pm.
      • Use of charcoal grill is not allowed.
